wow, well from his videos, he shows a huge month-after-month profit from his system on 2 contracts....seems the average per month gain is around $4000, just by looking at it.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Well, what should i say, this guy is pathetic. He has a Tradestation strategy which appears to be based on the SuperTrend indicator. This prints entry levels on the chart which he uses as a guideline for placing trades manually.
As we all know, this is great when the market trends or shows clear structure, but when the market ranges you are bound for a disaster.
I have to say he managed to get out of bad trades with really small losses, i give him that, but he is willing to accept too much risk by expecting the market to come back close to his entry level. This will work until it doesn't, and then it will hurt.
Of course he can do that cold-blooded all day on sim. I'd like to see him do that with money on the line ... :-)
Speaking of which, his stats show that all he does is sim-trade. This is not necessarily a problem but not having to discount emotions nor commissions can make the world appear much more rosy than it actually is.
There were many more things i noticed which looked not so kosher, but to be honest i cant be bothered to spend more time on another pathetic 'educator' with a fancy web site. Only the biggest one: He kept repeating how important risk control is but kept trades going against him and even on one occasion closed a trade with a loss which was nicely in the money already. Big no-no....
