Amid the speculation about who the antagonist "John Harrison" is in the upcoming Star Trek: Into Darkness .
About whether the character is "Khan" from Star Trek II: Wrath of Khan and Star Trek "Space Seed" , 1st season Ep. 22 (1966) of the original series played by Ricardo Montalban, or related in some way to the idea of Khan, a late 20th century genetically enhanced tyrant.

Star Trek: Into Darkness (this summer) intl trailer:
I'm so stupid. I happened to read a bad review of "Star Trek: Into Darkness" which was full of spoilers. I didn't read the headline which said "spoilers" in the title of the review. I stopped reading but it was too late. The major spoiler of the film was revealed to me! argghh. Otherwise the other critic reviews are great. Everything seems great about it. effects, acting, fun, etc. Dang, my eyes were too tired from watching GC all morning that I didn't get the reviewer said he was going to spoil the whole movie to prove how "bad" it was in time.. There's like 2 or 3 shocker spoilers which also relates to past history of the old Trek movies and the nostalgia of the original series. My advice is to stay away from all reviews until having seen the movie. Could be the efx action movie of the summer. (yes, Abrams turned Star Trek into something like starship troopers action. But Trekkies historically always have to take what they can get from Paramount ..)
