Best Strategy 6E - Net 10p per day - based on this tittle, I'll give you a hint -EUR/USD -6E - normally gets "jumpy " @ 8:30 AM EST especially if there's any news - after 9:00 - 9:15 AM EST, the market slowly settles and fades out gradually and methodically 'til 12:00 PM EST - your 10 pips per day should be on that particular period...somewhere...with patience. Between 75-100 tick charts will provide a better refinement for entries/exits.
6E - Don't go crazy on the load on that particular period maybe 2-5 cars should be fine. Pay attention to 10:00 AM EST reversals, not as pronounced as indices but they do happen.
suggest to look into some of the order flow trading method and volume analysis. maybe could look into utilizing tick chart as well for better entries . all the best
I trade the 6E with a 233 volume chart and not having too much luck lately. I use a bollinger squeeze for entry and VWAP for my levels with a volatility trend indicator for reversals and to manage my stops. I use ADX to judge strength of movement.
wondering whether 233 volume is useful compared to tick charts
I notice Renko charts not good for 6E (not like CL)
anyone have any advice or post their successful strategy would be great
Strongly agree with this.. if you want best times trade when the big boys are trading volume wise and you will get market direction quickly if you use your tick chart for directional movements.
