5 minute routine

My coach has me writing every 5 minutes while trading. I am to write What I am feeling, Why I am feeling it and IS THIS IN MY BEST interest. So, here goes Feel anxious. I think because I had a good week, but still lost max one day and wiped out all 4 good days, so am scared. Also feel like I can execute and if I execute, I will probably make money. Losing is never pleasant, I agree. If one loss wiped out 4 days of profit it is highly likely that at least one of this sentences are true: - Bad …
