today was good again...
i made 3 points trading the FDAX and i had a few good trades in the TF although i started really shitty in the TF.
good experience as it showed me right at the beginning how i am not focussed on trading.
i knew right at the beginning that i should mainly focus on long - at least till yesterdays high. there is/was a nice trendchannel on the 440. but for some reason i went short. i made two gifts. but then i got on two nice trades and one time i had pretty bad slippage.

all in all i am feeling good.... the shorttrade from the trippletop made me happy...
i could get used to those days...

i just took some time off the markets as i was really busy and couldnt really focus... trading without a clear mind is a waste of time...

today i couldnt resist... i planned to just watch but then decided to participate but just with SIM...

it was - so far - a classic short friday...

first i went short but i was too early... the market wasnt ready for further down... so i got out BE+1
then i tried long for some ticks but got also out BE+1
then i finally had a good run down and made 4 nuggets...
a good feeling...

today was a hard day for me...
for some reason i have some issues with long trades... i dont know what it is but i feel very insecure trading long...

at the beginning it was clear to me that the market will head up... but i managed it somehow that i just made very little points (poor trade management)... it was confusing... then the market retraced and i had the impression that it might retrace a bit further so i went for a short... i got taken out immediatly... then the TF bounced a little and i wasnt too sure where it might go but i thought the odds for more up are better... but still i tried one more short... at this time i was already back around 2 points and then it got weired... i tried long, it worked and then i thought short again... got out break even and then i tried long because my higher timeframes were telling me now that it is defenitly long but i got taken out again because the TF was bouncy... then finally i got on a nice long i made three points almost... i finish my day break even...

looking backwards, the TF is/was quiet clear... but because i was looking too much at 144 i got totally confused by its bouncy noisy movements... terrible... i punsh myself for not being concentrated...

but my feelings with long trades are strange... i feel totally uncomfortable trading long... weired...

BTW: i always traded two contracts.. thats why there are so many arrows... i mean i still have done too many trades but just to let you know...
