@
zcui ,
Don't feel so bad, you are not the only one. I have ZenFire but directly with Dorman. I have had this issue twice today so far (one in the middle of a trade). Disconnected twice and freezing screen.
Fortunately, I have
TOS open also was able to monitor the
price action .
If Zen Fire has been OK for others, this may be a broker issue, if you also have Dorman (Mirus uses Dorman and RSG).
@gain247 @trs3042
Thanks for the feedbacks.
I'm with RCG, and the issue lasted from 7:30 PST to 8:00 AM. Rebooted modem/router, restarted NinjaTrader for a couple times didn't help. My other platforms like TOS was working just fine.
Just asked Mirus and they said they didn't have any issue at all (as expected).
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?

Having some connection issue right now (since CL inventory report). Connection signal remains green, but numbers on
DOM constantly remain unchanged for like 10 seconds, or even longer. Anyone experiencing the same?
No problem on my side (RCG + Mirus).

Big issues here with Zen-Fire and Mirus/ Dorman.
@TempletonPeck :
Hmm...still no issues at all here.
That sounds quite strange since we live in the same country and use the same IB and clearing firm...

Could this be related to using NinjaTrader 7 (64-bit)? My data feed problem started today after I switched from 32 to 64 bit.

It seems that historical requests for data over Zen, are rated at a much lower priority than normal data (live feeds, etc.), perhaps because of users (sheer number of them) and bandwidth issues.
So, doing back testing , reloads and other advanced or longer term chart runs may be more feasible towards end of trading session or off hours, as you may get the error of data not available...

I understood all historical data and replay data comes from Ninja servers
As I understand it ZF only provides real time live data

This might be quite interesting since I'm using the NT 7 32-bit version without any problems...
