Monday morning presents new ATH pre-market:

After elections in Nordrhein/Westfalen (NRW) where CDU of Merkel was winning,
the markets open with up gap making new ATH.

Conclusion
• Merkel might make Kanzler again in September: Schulz, SPD is now light years back
• That means more stability in the markets

Sounds like we might see 13k soon (before summer holidays)
