Do you have maybe an Equity curve of those systems, produced in a way of sum of results for each one of them, and also distribution of results (histogram chart). I would like to see those charts in a way when you risk 30 points that this is represented by 1 on chart, and if trade is loss then it is -1, so 60 points win would then be 2 on chart.
Can you please make those chart for each system and then one combined, I am very curios about those, thanks.
Go back in this journal at every year end - the histograms are there
For the Walzer I need to make one - did not do it as the Walzer did not occur every week.
But a short chart with monthly bars is no problem. I will show it in the appropriate thread.
thnks for your great job,
i have one question, what is your margin per lot?
and from what you know from the dax what should you suggest to have in order to trade one lot dax?
thanks
I am trading with IB. The margins in the Dax went up this year. With the Brexit days even more...
One contract FDAX today is 13350 (inital) and from the second contract 10680 per contract
For the Dax Mini FDXM it is 2670
The margins depend always on the price level of the Dax itself. They can be changed often.
It depends on your strategy and money management how many contracts you trade.
With a risky strategy and large stops I suggest to trade less contracts.
Dax climbed again to Tuesday low this morning (9492).
Price is in 30m Kumo. Future Kumo is turning red again.
It is highly probable that we will see new lower lows today
and tomorrow.
88xx is highly probable to test again.
After 3 losses in one week there is no Monday trade.
Even the IB volumes were ok - we have some conflicting rules today.
Means staying at the sidelines.
So for the next weeks there will be a consistent rule check before entering:
1) IB vol needs to be 7k or greater but less than 10k (30min)
2) if some higher risk is seen (be it to little volume later):
NO trade will be taken to protect capital.
Instead if some Walzer shows up - this one will be checked as well for taking.
