Hi
when early in the day your system tells a down day by 14h00 or 13h30 ... and then this does not happen (we still have 10 min. to go, however, I do hope it will turn down) does this mean that most likely, despite initial expectations, we are anyway expecting to have an up day? For the little I have been learning so far, I understand that when a clear bullish signal is proven wrong, THEN such signal can be considered a new strong bearish signal, and viceversa. So, based on this, can we expect DAX spiking way up today? or, in your opinion, the bearish bias for the DAX is still valid?
Thanks.
Well - the system here has not a bullish nor a short signal. It follows with high probability the trend within the hours of the most trades. This is not working always but quite often. So to be open - what the DAX does over all day traded is not important to make some high probable points. In fact the less traded hours in the day - for the Dax cash afternoon until 17:30 and the future until 22:00/15 (depending on the broker) are pushed by larger trades because the market is not that liquid. Therefore concentrating on the most "honest" hours with enough trades is a good advice.
Hi
there is a nice support zone around 12300, just 50 points down from where we are right now.
Are you going to stick to the plan and exit anyway at 12h00?
