Right now @ 13:40h we have less than 34000 futures contracts traded - even the price
is up in the Dax future of exactly 2%!
A normal trading day (like last week) has end of Day a total of around 140000 contracts .
This Monday is out of any normal trading day.

You are right - the waves were "normal" - but the volume was not :-)
It broke down after EUREX was down.
GFIs1
Strange, I don't see that on Eurex or Xetra. Seems on par with last week, apart from the halt on Eurex.
Cheers

Not really happy on the development during the morning:
1) There are missing half hours of trades...
2) The trades done were in volume like in after hours....

YES - I do not interfere with entry and exit times that are important part of the rules.
In fact - today I was online - while normally the trade is sort of "set & forget".
To get a normal longtime result (in this thread 4 years) I will not interfere - even during
exchange problems to have fair results.
My warnings were for some followers to get out when things are no longer normal.

This is both wise (in a long-term view) and impressively ballsy.
Bob.

Yes, that's just the halt and then the recovery as expected, nothing else to see for me.
Xetra stocks and index was normal all the time including strong breadth , likely short covering after taking out last weeks highs, but of course can be anything. I certainly expect strong things in both directions in these areas and times but I think the halt was just a halt and looks like it should. There maybe other Eurex products that have put that exchange under more strain this morning, it will be interesting to see if anything useful gets reported.

Dax under pressure - south of 30min cloud yesterday and today south of 1h cloud...
January low @ 9314 also killed in first cash hour!
Trade short 11:30 to 15:30
entry @ 9235
exit @ 9205
result 30 points
IB vol high (>10k)
GFIs1
edit 11:30 - left too many points on the table. Entry was much too late.
edit 15:30 - at least some points. To push the yearly result into the green
Finally a good week with only winners

There is no Friday trade today - once - gap up plus yesterday's hi/lo range .
And third a very high Initial Balance (IB)
It looks still like a bull/bear battle.
Lets see what next week brings:
Important: Monday is the last day of the month:
A trade is foreseen.
Happy weekend
