How about ending the paternalistic attitude, and removing the restrictions on trading futures options on /6A, /6B, /6C, /6J, /SI, /LE, /HE, /CC, /KC, /SB, and /CT?
Can anyone help with coding the following VWAP studies for ToS:
1) An intraday VWAP that acts as a moving average on a shorter time frame, for example a 30-minute, 60-minute, 120-minute, etc. VWAP, but one that is still anchored to the session open, so the calculation begins at 9:30am EST.
2) A rolling VWAP that can be set to a higher time frame, e.g. 2-day, 30-day, 1-year, etc.; similar to #1 in that it is a moving average, but it isn't 'anchored' to anything.
3) An anchored version of #2 that I can set to begin on a certain date, for example a daily VWAP that I can set to begin on a certain date.
I am seriously missing a measuring tool..ticks and periods...feeling incredibly crippled without it. Is there one? Haven't found one. Am I the only one missing this? I saw a request from 2012 but seems nothing happened.
I suggest that you explore platforms like Sierra and MultiCharts with a variety of data feed that could give you the full data that you are seeking.
Thanks,
Matt Z

Hello,
This request involves thinkorswim.
I would like the option of being able to paint rows in the "option chain" at any strike price that would stay until I remove them or expiration. This would help keep track of any interesting options at a glance.
Also, If there is a way to create alerts based off of volume.
Redesign the back-end so that charts are created on our local machines. Serving up charts from the TD servers is reliably inconsistent. Or, consistently unreliable.
