What do you guys do with your books after you read them
I ask because I am looking for some books, about 5 or 6.... and the price of them is up there $30-$75 each and I am not sure where I can get them used. I was hoping perhaps someone had some of the books I want or maybe some other GOOD books that they would be willing to donate. I will probably donate most books when I am done with them.
@R1Drake
Why don't you post the titles of the books you're interested in? One man's trash is another man's treasure.
I was at a dinner party about a year ago and noticed a Bulkowski book in a bookcase, I got it out and while I was looking through it the "Widow" who was hosting the party said, "Do you want that book, you can have it, there's a box of books like that in the garage, I thought I found them all." She insisted I take them, I've given many away but still have several I'd be happy to part with.
If you need something to prop up your monitors, I have some wood too.
When I lived in New Mexico, I sometimes used them as Kindling to start fire when I couldn't find any newspaper. But mostly I sell them at Amazon. Or donate them at a local library.
