I have found the tools available in PicPick to be indispensable in my work.

It has:
-Screen capture
-Image editor
-Color Picker
-Color Palette
-Pixel Ruler
-Screen Magnifier
-Screen Protractor
-Whiteboard

I use the screen capture and magnifier all the time. The latter because I have a bunch of charts on my screens that are often small and I don't want to be bothered maximizing/minimizing screens just to have a closer look at recent price action. So, I hover the magnifier above the bars I want to look at, glance at the details and move onto the next chart. The protractor is also useful for those that want to measure the angle of trends.

You've got several trading windows open, plus email, spreadsheet, browser, ..
A virtual desktop manager allows sorting them into virtual desktops - one for trading windows, another for office stuff ... You choose which one you want to see, the others are hidden but available at the touch of a button.
VirtuaWin is free and good.
