I haven't been sticking to as much as I should but have been losing some weight, it's a lot tougher than years ago... will be 40 next month...
Gonna have to cook up something good after seeing all this though , Happy 4th everyone!

Making a smoothie with home-juiced mix of Beets, carrots, oranges, pineapple, tomatoes into a smoothie with Blueberries, kale, spinach is probably the best thing healthwise I ve done my entire life. Its also the best drink first thing in morning before starting trading.
Plenty of studies out there support the fact that vitamins and minerals from foods are absorbed mroe readily by the body than vitamin pills.
Have to second this, recently got into the sushi and juice diet. I personally prefer replacing the oranges with lemon. Only thing to watch out is that drinking an acidic drink such as this on an empty stomach increases likelihood of contracting GERD. It's also generally not advised as people often have stomach ulcers that go undetected, if present, juice on an empty stomach would aggravate the ulcer, increasing the chance of a life-threatening perforation.
So don't replace your typical breakfast completely with juice.
Beets and carrots are highly alkaline. The smoothie is more like a meal than a drink. One thing I learnt at work and same applies to trading. Stretch within 15 minutes of waking up-a full body stretch for a longer, injury(espcially wrists and back and legs) life. I never like Dr Oz or any of the TV doctor stuff, but now I am beginning to realize he does have some substance. That is also one of his recommendations.
@Big Mike see you are a true fellow Texan. We know exactly what to do with meat. These pictures inspire me.
"The day I became a winning trader was the day it became boring. Daily losses no longer bother me and daily wins no longer excited me. Took years of pain and busting a few accounts before finally got my mind right. I survived the darkness within and now just chillax and let my black box do the work."
