Battle of brokers: Velocity vs OEC! Which one to choose?
I'm looking to go live in a few months and am currently contemplating which broker to choose? I've done some research and I've come up with these 2: Velocity and OEC, my platform is and will be Sierra. So the question is, which one of these two brokers is according to your experience better all and all?
Many thanks,
Jan
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Fair enough....I sleep very well every night using OEC. I feel secure.
Couple of things I don't particularly like, but have got over it. I am comfortable with their platform. Not the best, but I am a simple guy; soI can live with it.
Was going to leave a couple of years ago...still there. Might say something...
Thanks guys, will wait if more replies appear, however, according to some online reviews I've seen, Velocity is doing better in comparison to OEC and I really liked the features and customer portal according to their presentation on new accounts here on futures.io (formerly BMT). Let's say, as a former web designer, one of my priorities is convenience, ease of use and overall clarity of a broker's customer web portal. Judging by a simple look at both websites, it's a good and professional work.
OK, a couple of years ago, but you're still trading with them, so I assume they've just got better
Is there anything in particular you don't like about them? Support, customer portal, etc? I don't mind the platform as I'm Sierra user...
