So you're using Hyper-V instead of VMware? I've always liked Hyper-V but the poor linux support made me choose VMware. Xen Server is also great, but has poor Windows support. The only decent Hypervisor which supports linux and windows well is VMware.
Well, given that the ONLY Linux i use is in the firmware of some routers here - Hyper_V is not an issue (albeit their support for common linux supposedly is good now - all drivers are part of the standard windows kernel for some time by now).
I tried all hypervisors on the market, and as Unix guys fir decades I was a bit scary with hyper-v, but it's now a very good product, stable, easy to use and cheaper for Windows based vm.
I can't afford yet the move to 2012, and don't really need it, but it's going to kill Xen and Vmware if they keep the same model.
