So I've got TSSuperTrend and DoubleMA on a 1600 tick and DoubleMA on a 20K Volume for HTF confirmation of trend. The combination of ticks and volume dimensions are interesting.
You say you scalp. I'm interested more about the details of your trading plan so I can try to backtest for you (us) and provide the strat code on futures.io (formerly BMT)'s forums.
1) What are your typical stop loss and profit target levels?
2) Do you enter with limit orders or market orders?
3) Are your stop and profit orders placed on entry or are they mental stops?
4) Do you include a runner or just scalp?
5) Are there certain times of the day you trade and not trade, or any other conditions (low volatility, etc) where you will ignore a signal?

Actually I am not sure is the above question for me or not ... but I am really interested in supertrend.
And I really want to know more about Supertrend trading technique. I use TOS as my trading platform and right now I dont have Supertrend ThinkScript. Ok ... now for answering the question ..

My typical stop loss is technical and money loss stop loss.

I plan my exit before I enter the trade

For daytrade I am a runner, and for long trade I usually adjust my trade for profit locking or reduce my risk.

I trade with at least 3 time frame for any trade. I usually use 1 min, 5 min and 1 hour (for my day trade). I enter trade when I feel confidence that my entry signal is showing in all timeframe.
That's about my trade. And because I am a newbie I want to know more about this Supertrend. I am really gratefull for any help.
Just off the phone with tech support at NINJA.. He told me some folks have found a way to connect the data from TOS to power NINJA. and to go to this site. I ' ve done a search but cant find anything about it so far.
Would greatly appreciate your direction to where this might be posted on the site..or instructions from you tech gurus that might guide me .
