Renamed "Super Moderator" to be "Site Moderator", to be consistent with "Site Administrator".
The name "Super" is just a vBulletin identifier, to distinguish from a regular moderator and one with more power on the site. Here at FIO , we just have a single moderator group class.

Just a thought: wouldn't uploading to YouTube be much faster? They accept flv as input and afterwards you could always download back the mp4 result file.

I can download, but there is nothing being replayed. Time progresses with no data.
