I don't know which question you answered "yes" to.
If it is "no" to first question and "yes" to 2nd question, then best bet is to call TS and explain. They know which logs to look at to see what is going on. My guess is your automation switches are off a bit.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
the follow up:
this mistake with marketposition for some reason occurs in simulated mode but worked out fine in live trading. the reason why it is happening is still unknown to me, but looks like regular disconnects of simulated account cause that and I could not find the reason for sim acc regular disconnect. but as long as it works live I should not worry about it.
