Good intentions may be an appropriate starting point for achievement, but they will go nowhere unless you follow through with action. A mediocre idea acted upon may be far more valuable than a flash of genius that resides only in the mind.

Developing the habit of action may be difficult at first, but the more you practice it, the easier it becomes.

1. Not taking a trade until all factors scream "big trade" - swinging at the fat pitch only even if it means waiting several days.
2. Not trading a reversal if the approach leg is in-line with the trend of the day.
3. Only trading retracements that hit at ~50% (or a S/R level) and are in line with the trend of the day and where the trend still has 2/3 (?) or 10(?) pts of the estimated range of the day left to run.

(4.) Not trading a retracement if the stops are within 5(?) pts of the retracing direction.
