Figured with my first day back trading I would start in SIM, and then maybe switch back to cash later. Due to platform issues I was dealing with Level II lack of for three prime hours out of the day. When I was done I was to emotional to trade last hour of trade.
Thinking about maybe highlighting trades better as I have them Blue for buy and Black for sell. Although they are also marked by arrows as well.
I journalled today, but decided not to post to nexusfi.com (formerly BMT) the journal as it was personal. Was not a trading day anyway.
Hope you all did well and caught the big drop in the market today.
There was lots happening in the market, and loads in my head as well. You have to swing to hit the ball, I just have found myself either not swinging or not at the plate when the ball comes over. Either way is not a way to win here. Starting tomorrow I will work more on getting in and out of the ES market in the future.
