There's no tradable market that I've seen, one for the future.. I've actually heard rumors of some banks talking about the possibility so keep your ears open..
There are at least 2 CFD brokers where you can trade and short bitcoin as a CFD. There are bitcoin exchages like Kraken where you can short it outright and you can also use margin....
You can short at Bitfinex. They have 3:1 leveraging. I think they are a reliable exchange.
No problems so far. You can also do this with Bitcoin cfds as well.
I believe they are at 10:1 leveraging at plus500 and avatrade.

Sorry to bust in, but when it comes to Bitcoin there is a great deal of spammers out there that make money on referral schemes with questionable brokers.
NADEX has Bitcoin binary option trading now. I shorted a 702 bitcoin weekly binary option earlier this week ahead of the brexit vote. This will pay off nicely as it should expire in my favor tomorrow since it's already so deep in the money at this point, but anything can happen.
