ACSIL - Getting the VPOC of a CUSTOM Volume Profile
Sorry, if you need scan profiles which you made manually using ProfileDrawing, I think, you have to make a new feacher request about ASCIL functions to SC Team.
May be, sc.ReceiveMousePointerEvents can help?

One solution I am thinking of is instead of manually drawing volume profiles I will manually draw rectangles over the ranges for which I need the POC. Getting the Index of the beginning and end bars of a Rectangle is rather easy and then I will use a method like the one you posted to calculate the POC of this range.
