The key to any potential idea of the 'future' of price or trend will be with a Fib Tool
Ninja it is the F8 or F9. These have been the most helpful to me the last 10 years
I also appreciate the ideas I find at Big Mikes.
Yes it is. Comes from the second and third numbers in the series. Equating 'Fib' with the Golden Ratio or it's derivatives is only one way of looking at them. If you start with two rabbits you might end up with more or not, depends if the fox turns up.
Leonardo's original book still worth a read. Some say the pit traders got there first because it was the easiest head maths, others that it's obviously two steps forward one back, in any progressive movement stuff starts somewhere and often haltingly. I just remember it as helping win buttons.
What about trendlines in Wyckoff analysis? TL's have nothing to do with future move but people are still using them, go figure? of course you can draw perfect TL's with the benefit of hindsight.
