These are not PROFESSIONALS attention out there.
This is the answer after I loosed 800 USD and ask why order started after I close the pc and was on since 10 o'clock in the morning.....
"The conclussion is that a poor internet connection from your computer to ....(the name of the data provider) resulted in your system not being able to receive status of your orders."
Thanks Cory but my internet connection is more than excellent.
What they say is not cirect because they do not want to give the money back due to their fault....
Hm. You say "hello Elias" to sands, while the logs show that your name is Elias. Coupled with your not wanting to share the essentials (like the broker name), I find that somewhat odd. What's your goal with this thread?
This is the response from software company after the elaboration of my the log file. That's why it is saying "Hello Elias'''
Also I sanitized the broker name (i hope you understand why) but I left the name on the order to show that this is the a real one.
I post this to show that :
1) something happens to me ending up with a loss of 800 one contract ! , so be aware that that may be happen to other people as well.
2) To see if there are people out there to help to find a solution to that loss.
