Just noticed that screenshot says "date range in file: 2014-03-03 to 2014-03-07".

Wonder where the heck it is getting that, as the SPX.XO.* files in data directory were removed.

Tried a new blank chart. Same error/problem.

I dunno wtf. I used the "delete all data and re download" option as well, and the chart starts from 3-3-2014 again, even though it's a daily chart. It's looking at tick data somewhere and is hitting the 6-month iqfeed tick data limit.

But that is besides the point, I still get a chart error when launching Sierra Chart.

I'll have to dig in deeper.

Mike

I would send an email to support or post on the SC forum, they'll likely get to it by tomorrow morning. You should attach your chartbook to the post just in case they ask for it (you can make it private to only them). That's the next step I would take, as everything I can see seems normal. Just for kicks, did you try doing this on another machine?

I will if I can't solve it tomorrow myself. Another machine works fine.
