Firecracker roll with tempura shrimp, cream cheese and avocado, topped with hot cheetos. And a Philly roll with smoked salmon.

I'm all for the heat and the crunch, but I think its disgusting to add cheetos on such a nice meal. And I like cheetos! They should find a different way to accomplish the same thing

a tidbit, David Tran, the owner of sriracha Huy Fong food has 2 lion statues guarding his house facing the street. Later a Chinese developer built a house across from his house, he didn't like the lions looking at his house so he installed 2 cannons facing 2 lions and hang a banner in Chinese saying cannon kills lion. They sued each other and the Chinese guy had to take down his cannons.
