My goals were broker independent, connection independent, fully customizable (hence open source), available to everyone, and highly performant.
As hesitant as I was to use open source, I wish I would have done it sooner. Yes there are bugs, but the support from a distributed community is beyond comparison to a NT or MC.
I've tried NT and MC and although they are great platforms, I quickly found their limitations and they were not able to allow me to run some of the strategies I have.
I admit that I'm a little behind on keeping the thread updated but there is still lots of active work happening.
