Sorry for the technical trouble today - my microphone stopped working unexpectedly. Was working fine this morning, not working now.

I opened the room 30 minutes early (like usual) and noticed the problem. I turned control over to Perry but he was not seeing my messages in the webinar chat (shown in a different spot than 'questions' and he didn't see it). I then spent 30 minutes rebooting, reconfiguring and trying to get the microphone to work. Unfortunately, nothing worked.

So I came back in time to record the webinar from the start and I will post the recording tomorrow.

Good job to Perry for taking charge with me having technical issues
