There are 200 webinars on futures.io (formerly BMT), and I've also linked a great thread. It's up to you now. The only excuse for not knowing is because you didn't apply yourself to learn. As for "everything I do here is wrong", stop whining... if you weren't aware of the SP500 thread I linked for you, the question is why not? How much time do you spend with him? That should be helping you a lot, at least to get you an edge.

We spend a lot of time working on details over the last 6 months.
I digest the info and he gives me more.
He's the real deal.
...he is right now showing me lower risk trades.

He has a simple, heavily backtested, tool that sees volatility-specific spikes in VIX as a way to spot potential option trades in SPY.

I laughed when I learned that there is a statistical tool to measure national/ world anxt ... and it is an effective way to spot a trade.
I use TOS OnDemand for trade practice. Its free and it works. I will eventually live trade Trade Station because that is where he trades.
