I just want to mention something you might find useful. I certainly have.

All this talk of level 1 and level 2 is great but how do you put that knowledge to practical use? Mind slips between modes without you even noticing. You want to be able to get into level2 thinking mode and stay there for as long as needed. As mentioned in the book, level2 is lazy and leaves it up to level1 to come up with ideas and at times it can be difficult recognising which mode You are in.

You really don't want to be doing boring math calculations so instead you can play a fun game called 'brain it on'. It keeps you engaged and constantly looking for solutions to simple challenges. I found that my level2 participation increased quite considerably once I started playing and also had positive effect on the quality of thought when studying price action.
