this is what i realized what was happening.
I forgot to mention in the previous post that i took a long position very soon after closing the short positions.
i also took long positions shown by the green arrows, or very close to them. the first one under the green trend line is not great i know
Chart 19:
my last long addition is a kind of breakout trade I guess, so I need to find targets now to take profit on that add on, or at least some of it off in case the move will just be a small wash and rinse of point c of the harmonic shape shown in white.
I zoom out and mark a possible small liquidity pool with a red rectangle.

I'm going through them during 'down time' in the day to see if i'd be able to apply any of the ideas into my own trading.
have you been able to test any of these concepts through some sort of backtest to give you an idea about probabilities etc, out of interest.
Off out for the evening now. I'll catch up on any charts i've not had time to look at yet tomorrow.
