I personally struggled with the psychological side of the PAT system and ultimately it didn't work for me, I believe, because of that. I found there to be a lot of waiting for a perfect setup to materialise (same as a lot of systems I guess), only for the setup to not be correct for whatever reason (doji, or too a signal bar large), and then for price to go in the direction of my trade in any case. Mack: Stop overanalysing everything! You don’t need to focus on every single bar. Focus on understanding the context of the price action and use that to identify opportunities to enter. BE PATIENT! Trading really isn’t that hard but it takes dedication and patience to learn to read the market, and discipline to really listen to what it’s telling you (first 20 minutes):
