Hello traders!
@ Rory: the trading pc is an laptop with WLAN, but its not activated. In fact I am using a cable - its true And I am having 16GB RAM with WIN 8.1 64bit. No SSD, but it works.
I am used ping for some tests of the speed, but I did it only in the box. Nothing with writing in a file or so. I dont know, how to do, but I am thinking, that this is not the problem.
Yesterday in the night I had a TeamViewer & telephone conference with a support worker from NT. For me it was not so clear, what I want, because I could not understand him (no easy sentences, no modulation, dialect, not loud and clear for my ears or brain). But in fact he resetted my instruments and told me, I have to wait for information from another part of the company. If I had understooden correct, so he could not see my video. Okay, but now I wait. And make videos again from Crude Oil (CL).
