Hi everyone, and welcome to my trading Journal.
I have been a lurker at this wonderful community for years, and now having witnessed so many arguments about what is
and what is not possible, I am going to give you all the gift that will make your journey 1000X easier, the gift of knowing that it can be done.
Starting with a measly $150, I am purchasing the Top Step Trader 30K combine, and I am going to get it funded and built up to 10K in the next three months.
I trade using a discretionary model with rules just focusing on my risk.
For the most part, I probably do not know much more than any of you all here, I just know what is possible, and so I am here to show it to you so you can now know it too. I believe if someone had shown this to me in the beginning I would have evolved much faster, so I am now paying forward to you.
Day 1 -
Equity = $380
Max DD = $50
(note this DD will get larger, I am riding a razors edge with this 1500 max DD, but I have the skills to make it through)
Trading: Primarily Energy but also a little Equities, Fixed Income, Metals, U308 and Crypto.
Frequency: Many times daily
Duration: Never

I think you'll find he payed $150 to enter Top Step's combine, where he trades SIM and not real money. If he passes the combine though they then give him a funded account. So then he's trading other peoples money.
If you want to inspire people, it may be helpful to do a couple of things:
1. Post your TST dashboard every day, showing the official TST results for the Combine. This is pretty much standard for Combine journals and validates your results.
2. Discuss and show your trades, as has been suggested already. This will help others understand how you approach and trade the market and will add value.
Just a couple of suggestions. Hope you do well with the Combine.
