A vevet monkey in Zambia stole my Breitling Superocean (shiny gold bits regrettably) in 2002 and after a few weeks of freedom I stopped wearing watches. That monkey may have added a decade to my life as I used to be a bit OCD about the time.
I wear a manual wind Speedmaster which cues my routine to start the daily prep. I've conditioned myself in a Palovian sense. =) I also use the timer function to help me get an objective perspective of time to realize that I may not have given a trade enough time to develop, just psychologically because 1 minute can seem like an eternity if I'm sitting there reading the time and sales log.
Interesting observation, I rather find time to go quite quicker and I often end up realizing several hours have passed by when it really felt like I'm only an hour in!
