ICE has from their inception, not only shown every order at a given price, but also exactly where you are in that order. TT's XTrader always had something called EPIQ which is your estimated place in queue. CME have only semi-recently started divulging how many orders there in the order queue.
NOTE: From my understanding if you subscribe to the best of the best data feeds CME doesn't send you a snapshot of the order book. Instead they send you every single order... and you build the order book yourself... hence it's infinitely deep... assuming you get it correct. TT, CQG, Ninja etc traders ... need not apply!
Way off. TT is that fast, and while TT is often considered professional it would be considered a dinosaur by HFT
