Posting only P/L may can generate un-necessary pressure to perform.
2-3 good winning day in row. And 4-5th day is starting in whole, down a little.
And then thinking starts, must have willing day, can't post negative P/L
and you dig your self deeper in to whole.

Normal trading day may turn to very bad trading day.

Picked up a couple SPY Puts, 279 Strike

VPOC has not shifted and trading range is extremely tight.

2815 would have been the short when price bounced off of the 10-Day VPOC, (Red bar top of the chart)

Second chart is this mornings trade. Failed to break through Overnight low, and roll over.

My volume profile supply and demand zones held strong. I noted that both 2831 and 2835 were critical levels.

Trades: Short 2830.50 and 2834.75.

Close: 1 VWAP 2825
Close: 2 2820

Trade today was the buy from the 2795 demand zone, did not catch all of it.

Long: 2798.25
Out: 2803.50

Trying to use the 3-min MACD crossover for confirmation. And it is paying off dividends.
