When indicators are saved in NT they also add any dependent indicators.
Many times they are system or built-in indicators. (with an @ at the beginning)
Usually those should not be over written and you should just say NO.
If they have been modified by the creator and need to be changed you can always install the indicator again and say YES.

In fact this is not an error message, but you are just asked whether you wish to replace an existing file. There are just two cases to consider, system files and non system files.
(1) System files
You will recognize system files as they start with "@". The message that you have shown asks you whether to replace the system file "@DEMA".
Answer: You never want to replace the system files. It is not the business of any developer to change system files, but those are updated by NinjaTrader support, if needed. I have posted the amaMultiKeltner indicator months ago. Since that time there may have been official updates for some of the system indicators and of course you wish to keep the newest version!
(2) Other files
The amaMultiKeltner allows for calculating the midline from 33 different moving averages. For that reason all those 33 averages need to be included with the install file. There are probably something like 15 moving averages that are supplied with NinjaTrader (system files) and something like 15-20 moving averages that I have coded ("ama" files). In case that you had already installed them, you will also be asked whether to replace them.
Answer: You wish to keep the newest version. In case that you do not know which is the newest, you may check the version number before or after the update - or simply answer with yes.
