I have an account with Optimus (actually 3). My experience with them has been excellant!!! Their customer service is 5 stars all the way. Their staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. I never get voice mail when I call, in fact I have called late in the evening expecting to leave a voice message, but got someone on the second ring. Any problems I have had, were dealt with immediately and follow-up communication via email or a phone call is the norm. These guys have proven to me that they do not take my business with them for granted and I think you will find same also. I started with a small account with these guys, and because of their service, I have added two accounts and additional funds to my original account.
I have an account at AMP/MIRUS/RJO and OPTIMUS Futures. I have had accounts at PFG, and MANN Financial.
By far the best service has been from Optimus Futures. I appreciate it when the broker takes an interest in what I am doing, and calls me from time to time to offer help or suggestions. I also like dealing with a broker who is realistic about traders expectations and offers competitive rates while safe guarding traders against too much leverage.
None of the other brokers have ever taken any steps to ensure that I was off to a good start or even the time to know me as a trader.
I also have seen first hand what an excellent data feed Rithmic is, unfiltered. I have had some horror stories with other feeds, especially TradeStation-RJO. The Zenfire feed is also very good, but I like that Rithmic has its own data center. I have not had any data problems with Rithmic, although I have had a few - rare - with Zenfire.

Would you mind sharing your opinion of the Optimus/Vision account portal? Specifically, can you log in to see trade info updated in real-time (as with RCG) or is it delayed until late in the day (as with Dorman)? Thanks
