Nadex's Dan Cook (Director of Business Development) - Ask Me Anything (AMA)
Great question and apologies for my slow response, things have been a bit crazy, for all of us I am sure.
With regard to a Sunday night open, and not having indices, that was more of a function of not having liquidity providers available or eager to price short-term contracts on what can traditionally be pretty thin times. That said, that was a legacy issue.
I have spoken with our market makers, and we do have some willingness to open up on Sunday evenings either with futures, or soon there after. We (Nadex) launched the Sunday night indices in Demo two weeks ago to test it out. Unfortunately, since we have been limit down in 16 mins and 4 mins after the open the past two weeks, we haven't been able to really gauge this yet. I would expect another couple of weeks in demo with a plan to go into live trading around mid-April.
Hopefully this is good news for you and for many others that have been requesting a Sunday night futures open at Nadex.

I hope you are doing well and staying safe and healthy during these crazy times.
With regard to the new platform, we are still working on loads of improvements. There are still quite a few missing elements such as the "pop-out'/ multiple chart options you mentioned as well as several other items. Another one that has been requested is the tear off ticket which should be released in the next few weeks. In short, we have a very full pipeline of developments we are working on. One thing, from a priority perspective, and a development perspective, everything is being driven by demand from our members. With that, on the left hand side of the platform, there is a feedback button. If there is anything you would like to see added or other improvements we can make, please submit it as feedback. We take it very seriously and myself and a team here review it on a weekly basis. This is the main driver of not only all future improvements, but also the order in which we try to prioritize them.
Thank you again and please let us know how we can continue to improve.
