How many trades per day? Do you really think a serious trader knows in advance how many trades?

I know it's an old discussion of 2019 but why not take up the discussion here.

There are traders wo limit their trades per day. Like "only 6 trades per day", or "only 3 loosing trades per day".
"Don't let a green day turn into a red day" is one of my rule. That alone limits the number of daily trades.
