Wow there's a lot of info here. I always used Camtasia bc it was only thing available back in the day. I definitely want to ceck out OBS and the remote plugin. I took a look at this: being able to stream to YouTube or Twitch... even tho i would never publicly share the stream....seem like interesting ideas to me. I could in theory catalogue the recordings. Of course, i could also save to disk and upload later, but streaming directly to the server seems interesting.
This is a significant concern that i would be mindful of. Basically just don't be ridiculous and you can likely escape any problems. But don't forget the potential exposure either.
