this count all the bars. so if there are 1000 bars then the last bar should read 1000.
this counts the bars for the day. it resets itself to 1 at the start of every session. so if each session has say 100 bars then it will count 1 to 100 then again reset itself to 1 at the begining of the next session.
programtically also the two are very different. the former plots the count while the later draws them as objects.
