To me NT7b21 seems stable, less resources consumers, faster and with more features than 6.5, so better.
If u don't use particular indicators that work only on 6.5 or if u are able to port them to NT7 I think u can try it.
I beg to differ - .21 went downhill from .20. After suffering thru NT's escapades for 9 months - and all the time invested in learning the system, I am looking at other options.
The ATM strategy keeps changing - even though I have the KeepSelected.. mode selected. It seems to randomly change between instruments.
Chart drawing objects keep disappearing - only to reappear as the instrument is re-selected. No rhyme or reason.
Charts freeze on data load, forcing an NT restart. This also blanks out the workspace forcing me to start from scratch - or utilize a backup if I made one.
NT crashes on a chart data load.
Sim trading orders go completely wacko. See attached.
You may be having these problems but not everyone is. This indicates B21 may not be entirely to blame. Usually isolated problems like those can be traced to bad installs, corruption in the DB, workspace, templates, etc. I am not a cheerleader by any means but I always remind people that it is BETA. Also do not blame the program for everything until you determine the problems are user base wide. It is hard to understand the statement "...I am looking at other options." when you are using a BETA product.
