I've taken 4 trades yesterday (25.01.2023). Results are mixed.
I hope I will develop some more patience, because I'm not letting
trades to fully unfold. Sometimes that will mean that I'm ending up breakeven.
Sometimes I will have to accept a stop loss hit. But sometimes the risk - reward
can be 1:8 instead 1:2 like in the last trade.

I've traded last Thursday (26.01.2023) and on Friday I took a break.

I wasn't in the best mental shape lately and it was visible in mistakes I made.
I've chased moves and wasn't really looking for objective information from the market.
So first I had to straighten out my approach, before taking more risk today.

Here the entry was late, the price went up again (my stop loss was hit)
and the move down I anticipated happened. I wasn't able to profit from that.

Yesterday (30.01.2023) I've hit my daily stop loss quite quickly.
From positive point of view I avoided trading on tilt and increasing my losses.
On the other hand my timing was awful yesterday, as I took trades in opposite directions
to what was really happening.

Got short, but it was counter-trend. Had low confidence in that trade, so I took
profit quite quickly.

Tried the same again. This time it appeared I was wrong earlier.

Finally I got the direction right. Still I wasn't convinced it would last so I took
profit when 20 ticks in profit.

Since the beggining of February I decided to trade 1 ES, but got a series of stop losses (6) and need a break.
Will be back next week.
