I still got caught in the snip-snap at around 7 AM PST. I relearn what I already knew... long wicks on both top/bottom should tell me to sit out and wait for a break up or down.
I did oversized catching the breakdown. I also had hit my daily loss limit today. P/L still get to me, (check RTP every so often cuz of failed executions in the past). I need to let it go... there is always tomorrow.
I've lower my daily loss limit to $120.
A good thing is now I'm no longer bother by my low win rate or win percentage. I just need to keep a lock down on ONE thing: respecting my daily loss limit, walk away instead of unchecking the box. As long as I can do that, I can keep my oversizing issue in check via GuardingAngel Addon.
I'm about $400 give or take from completing phase 1. If I continue focusing on enforcing good trading habits, I should start Phase 2 sometime this month.
I'm waiting on monthly reset on [BATCH 2].
I'm plan to do one trade a day for a few days, reset myself.
had a good day trading .. still evaluating the Bad Fill that plagued me the last several days .. no Bad Fills this week but left NQ and went back to ES so not sure if that is why ..
15 min chart showed a beautiful drop-base-drop .. or what some would call a bear-flag .. but that is in hindsight .. the key was patience and seeing which way the price was going to move .. continue down or back up to VWAP .. and then who knows which way it would go ..
there was a demand zone (Infinity Sup/Dem indicator) at 4510 which coincided with basing .. so patience was key to see if the price was going to break through or bounce ..
have OBVMCD && RSI indicators at the bottom of my charts .. don't use them but put them on the chart for comparison to @injpowwetrust chart images
reworked several of my indicator(s) with a foundation coming from the irAdaptiveCCI indicator found here >>

@injpowwetrust .. good job .. if you can follow your rules then .. if necessary .. you can adapt your rules to become profitable ..
although my experimenting continues .. my charts are getting simpler .. getting down to price action VWAP && EMA[13]/EMA[21] .. and OBVMCD for net volume
the key for me is learning to plan my trade(s) better and then trade my plan ..
the good news is NO BAD FILLS this week .. yippee!

Today I mostly traded well. I'll take the win and continue working on it. I thought about somethings over the weekend. I've decided to increase my daily loss limit, I continuously remove it anyways and that in turn results in increasing my position. I moved to a wider S/L. Right now, I have 16 tick t/p with 40 tick s/l. If it ever hits my 40tick stop loss, I'm done for the day. Its a big enough loss that I should be willing to take a step back.
I've also increase my position size, we will see how it goes. I do need to cut my losses quicker, I did it on some trades today.
Going to open 2 more eval accounts to try it out, while I wait on my [BATCH 2] reset on the 7th.
@mewddsltd that's awesome, no bad fills on NQ or ES?
several of you are using the OBVMCD indicator I created ..
I used underlying code created by @Botts to update the indicator .. adding an option to show a second condition ..
the example would be to set the first criteria to show when the OBVMCD is rising .. but then have the second condition to show when OBVMCD crosses zero ..
the new version uses code created by @Botts as seen in the AdaptiveCCI indicator .. may @Botts R.I.P
I also created an RSI-CD .. these indicators can be seen in the attached image

Today was rough at the first half of the day, twice I came back from -$400. At one point I was up around $150. I should of threw in the towel then. It didn't come easily like yesterday. I need to be more aware of how my trading is and walk a way when I'm struggling. I was too caught up in making XX dollars today. I ended up blowing up my [BATCH 1].
Another thing I noticed was how annoyed I got when my trades didn't hit t/p. It silly, I already know this, I need to remove my emotions and trade the chart. Some trades win and some lose, I held yesterdays success too closely, and it hurt me today. I was too tunnel vision, I didn't let the trend appear nor was I patient watching the 15min chart. I need more practice... I've updated my B/E and T/P down from 16 to 7, I will leave 2 runners to see where it goes. I'm adding back a lock on my position size, today showed clearly that I will become reckless.

I didn't trade well today, I moved my s/l around a lot today. This lead me to a huge deficit, that wasn't necessary. I luck enough to climb back up from -700. I did change/break my position size. Tomorrow I will do better.
