Ive been in and out of the markets since 2000. Due to life events, Ive never truly had enough money (by my standard) to actually be able to trade. Fast forward to last May, when I was able to start saving money to trade. 1. I started by putting 3K per month in May 2022 into JEPI. I started making Dividends immediately, and did DRIP. Yes, also it’s the fact that you are rooting for a company to do poorly. I’m just not built that way. I’m an optimist.

This doesn’t mean I’m not wanting a correction in the market, but it’s to buy sold companies at a discount, versus wanting them to do poorly.
