Basically I want to compare 2 different values - A and B.
If A is greater than B , then do this calculations
if B is greater than A, then to other calculation.

Since you want to return the result of a calculation, and not just a T/F, you need to use the IF function:
=IF(id0.sg1[0] > id0.sg2[0], id0.sg1[0] / id0.sg2[0], IF(id0.sg2[0] > id0.sg1[0], id0.sg2[0] / id0.sg1[0],0))
If A is greater than B , then do this calculation, else
if B is greater than A, then do another calculation, else zero.

Note: This syntax is Simple Alert syntax, and can only be used with the Spreadsheet Formula study.
Despite its name, the Spreadsheet Formula study is not a spreadsheet study.
(A spreadsheet study uses spreadsheet syntax.)

Brother I can not thank you enough for helping me out. Did not know you could use two if statements and I thought OR was enough (either one of the conditions).
However the last 0 what is it for?
I wish there was a donate button somewhere so I could send some coins as thanks!

When sg1=sg2, it will return 0.
