I would like to remind everyone that you can share (and are encouraged to do so) your reviews -- good or bad -- of any systems, indicators, vendors, rooms, etc here on futures.io (formerly BMT). But make sure you are speaking from experience and make sure you cite specific examples if you are going to post a negative review, otherwise it could be considered libel and I already have enough attorney headaches to deal with on the site
Its a shame you do mike doesn't free speech mean anything. I mean it is a join type of forum you think that would alleviate some liability. Hopefully you have enough revenue from the site to make it worthwhile. i know you do an excellent job.
I have fought several legal battles already and will continue to do so. It is "my job". All I ask is that when you post something that puts a negative view on something, be sure and back it up by making it clear you are/were a customer and have direct experience, and cite a specific example. Otherwise make it clear that what you are stating is not a fact but only your opinion. This way it is clear it is not libel.
We are sufficiently so I'm not going to say anything else.
I am afraid free speech doesn't apply. This forum is owned by Big Mike and he can set the rules. They should be spelled out in the Terms of Service, to which each member agrees to follow when he joins.
Thats why I don't post anymore. Got tired of defending my stance that consistant profitability in intraday trading is not do-able from a long term perspective. I do notice over 5000 views to my posting and yet no one has submitted any evidence that would disproof my hard earned conclusions.
Finished reading Gary Smith's( How I day trade for a living) and the guy pours out his heart that after 19 years of studing charts and using hundreds of techincal indicators, he was still not profitable! He tossed them all and started focusing on Quasi-fundemental indicators like "Sentiment" plus he went to a longer timeframe instead of intraday(which could be minutes)
To this day he has a on going challange that if anyone can show proof(statement) of 18 months of daytrading profitablity... - hey I only wanted 12 months!!!
